Very pleasant experience! Brian is very professional and friendly. I bought with me some jewelry and wanted to know their value and both rings with Diamond were about half karat weight and if I was not in the rush of giving them up, both can go up to around 1000 but I really need the money and Brian offered me a good deal with free cleaning of my wedding band. Wish I had account with BOA since they charged me $8 fee for cashing the check but all in all, it was great experience and I highly recommend you check this place out!

This was my first experience to have them replace -2- watch pins, replace a few missing stones, and clean my watch.I also asked them to clean a long Silver chain with a hanging silver and small round gem stones in the pendant. The jeweller did not remember to clean my pendant, yet did a great job cleaning the chain. I asked to speak to the owner Brian. He offered to polish the silver pendant with a special jewelry cloth which worked well. We engaged in communication with each other about ourselves & when he heard my story, he took great care of me & offered a very kind deed to my person that I took to heart. Brian was super helpful! I purchased a watch on Poshmark that had needed a new battery and for links to be adjusted, as I have tiny wrists! He and his team helped size my watch correctly and gave me a new battery. His price point is amazing and his customer service is fantastic. Brian was so helpful throughout the entire process! I went in to South Bay with my girlfriend to look for engagement rings, expecting it to be “just another jewelry store.” However, Brian immediately helped us figure out a ring style that could be obtained by our smaller budget. New to the area and needed to resize my aquamarine ring and gold plate 2 rings. Meet Brian upon walking in and was put at ease with his knowledge of the stone n what needs to be done to size up my ring. I appreciate that he took the initiative to use laser instead of heat to cut the ring so not to affect the stone. I am very happy with the end result and the service I received. Will definitely go back to South Bay Jewelry for all my jewelry needs! A bonus, Brian cleaned the jewelry I was wearing and made them look brand new!

Very personable, warm and welcoming store. I took an old vintage white gold and diamond ring in to have it sized. The job came out perfect. The ring fits perfectly and it looks brand new. My 86-year-old dad received a very nice watch as a gift from my brother. The pin holding the band in place had come out. We tried to find one as a replacement and were referred to South Bay Jewelry for the repair. The store was very clean. The owner was finishing business with another customer but we were greeted immediately as we entered. After a short wait, during which time the other customer and the owner interacted warmly with each other, I explained what my dad was looking for. We handed over the watch and bands. We waited about a minute and a half and then the watch was handed back...COMPLETELY FIXED! Not only did the fix work for my dad, the owner was kind and generous and made both my dad and me feel comfortable and very well taken care of. He was thorough, kind and VERY considerate of our time, my dad’s limitations and our needs.I would HIGHLY recommend South Bay Jewelry for their beautiful jewelry but especially for their fabulous customer service!

Great Jewelry shop. Very nice people working there - I'm not sure who they are, but the 2 Gentleman helping customers are very nice, assertive, friendly & they definitely know their stuff.I also like that they lock their doors, even during business hours. They "buzz" you in when you get to their door... Just an extra security option that, I think makes people feel more comfortable.I like their selection too. It isn't the largest selection I've seen but the choices they have for you are certainly top quality.I'd recommend this place for sure.

Well we cant say enough about this jewelry store. We had the best experience buying my engagement and wedding bands from Brian. We bought a diamond and then custom designed the set. It took 5 business days and came out better than I imagined. I met Brian of South Bay Jewelry while I was searching for the perfect diamond engagement ring. Although I had read up on the topic of diamond buying and had an idea of what my girlfriend (now fiancee) wanted I didn't realize how much I had left to learn until I met Brian. He was super helpful at guiding me towards the right diamond and custom designed the ring so we could get exactly what my fiancee wanted. His service was great and he was quick and responsive through the whole process. Ultimately he helped me pick a phenomenal diamond at a great price and the ring is spectacular. Literally everyone who sees the ring is floored by how beautiful it is and my fiance loves it! The only problem is that other married women keep getting jealous. But that's a problem I'm willing to live with.

All I have to say about Brian and his team is WOW! My fiance & I came in last February and were curious how much it would cost to remove an inscription and add in a new one onto a family heirloom ring and then we were curious to inquire about rings comparable to something we had found at Costco. Brian graciously showed us around the store and said that he could make something similar to the Costco ring, but better, for the same price. We weren't ready to start on either ring, but once June came around we were so excited to come back and see Brian again. From the second we walked in for both of our rings, Brian always remembered us and made us feel as special as the first time we came in. He spent the time with us to really make sure we got what we both wanted, even designing my ring from scratch and letting us see it as it continued on throughout the production process. My fiance's ring was finished first and South Bay did a GREAT job modernizing it and upgrading it to what it is now. It's like a brand new ring, its perfect, the inscription was just the way I had imagined it and my fiance is thrilled with it. Yesterday, we got to pick up my ring. It is so beautiful and it is bigger than I could ever have imagined it to be with our budget and I was speechless when I saw it. I never ever imagined that something that perfect would ever belong to me- it is truly a treasure that I am going to cherish for the rest of my life. This place was recommended to me by my friend. I had broken prongs on my wedding ring that needed to be replaced as my diamond solitaire fell out. They gave me wonderful service. Had the ring fixed within 1 day and made it look much better than before by lowering the setting. They know what they're doing. Beautiful work. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had purchased two rings under the previous owner. One of the rings needed repair and the other was made of tungsten and we out grew the ring. South Bay Jewelry did not hesitate. They repaired my ring at no cost and replaced the tungsten ring with a new size and only changed for the shipping. The customer service was wonderful.

Absolutely appreciate this place! I was looking for a Jewelry place that could help me fix a sentimental necklace that I got in Italy since the chain had broken from my puppy accidentally. The folks over there were so sweet and took care of it with in a week and were able to keep the chain in tack and all the original pieces. so happy with the final results, and definitely will be back.

Every worker I talked to was extremely nice and very accommodating! I didn’t purchase any jewelry, but got my ring fixed from the jeweler and it looked beautiful upon return! They quoted me about a day to get it fixed, however the jeweler went home sick early and I had to wait an extra day, which is no inconvenience at all, and they still gave me a very nice discount. Brian and his team are truly amazing and will bend over backwards to meet his customers needs. I have been going to Brian since he first was a partner with the old owner. Brian always treated me and my wife with respect and made sure every detail and follow up was immaculate. His use of technology is second to none and for us this meant including both symbolism in the ring setting (an anchor) and infusion of even our birth stones on the inside of the ring. Since moving his shop across the parking lot and taking over as owner, his shop has gotten even better at customer care. One of my wife’s favorite rings started to bare some flaws and when I brought it to Brian at South Bay, he decided to redo the whole thing at virtually zero cost. It’s so refreshing to know that I have a truly professional jeweler who will quote me prices with maximum integrity and always keep my budget in mind. Love this place! Super nice and welcoming. They resized my friends ring from a size 9 to a 5 for cheap and it looks amazing! They also fixed my ring that had lost an opal. I’ve wanted to canvass for a jeweler since a diamond fell off my wedding ring. My first stop was South Bay Jewelry. I came in with my husband and the first one who greeted us was Brian, the owner. He introduced himself and was very amicable. I showed him my ring with one less diamond. Four were still intact, barely. He showed us all the flaws that have come upon my wedding ring of 29 years. He explained in detail what my wedding band needed to get it back to its former state. I can attest that when I picked up my ring, it truly was like new and actually better than it was 29 years ago. South Bay Jewelry is not an ordinary jewelry store. Yes, they have all the items you would expect but the personalized attention you get is off the charts. I took a few old pieces I had and asked them for ideas to make something new from the old. Very personable, warm and welcoming store. I took an old vintage white gold and diamond ring in to have it sized. The job came out perfect. The ring fits perfectly and it looks brand new. It’s clean and sparkles as if I had just purchased it brand new and as if it had never been worn. Beautiful job, I couldn’t be happier and I’ve already received so many compliments on the ring. My 86-year-old dad received a very nice watch as a gift from my brother. The pin holding the band in place had come out. We tried to find one as a replacement and were referred to South Bay Jewelry for the repair. The store was very clean. The owner was finishing business with another customer but we were greeted immediately as we entered. After a short wait, during which time the other customer and the owner interacted warmly with each other, I explained what my dad was looking for. We handed over the watch and bands. We waited about a minute and a half and then the watch was handed back...COMPLETELY FIXED! Not only did the fix work for my dad, the owner was kind and generous and made both my dad and me feel comfortable and very well taken care of. He was thorough, kind and VERY considerate of our time, my dad’s limitations and our needs.I would HIGHLY recommend South Bay Jewelry for their beautiful jewelry but especially for their fabulous customer service!

Great Jewelry shop. Very nice people working there - I'm not sure who they are, but the 2 Gentleman helping customers are very nice, assertive, friendly & they definitely know their stuff.I also like that they lock their doors, even during business hours. They "buzz" you in when you get to their door... Just an extra security option that, I think makes people feel more comfortable.I like their selection too. It isn't the largest selection I've seen but the choices they have for you are certainly top quality.I'd recommend this place for sure.

Well we cant say enough about this jewelry store. We had the best experience buying my engagement and wedding bands from Brian. We bought a diamond and then custom designed the set. It took 5 business days and came out better than I imagined. I met Brian of South Bay Jewelry while I was searching for the perfect diamond engagement ring. Although I had read up on the topic of diamond buying and had an idea of what my girlfriend (now fiancee) wanted I didn't realize how much I had left to learn until I met Brian. He was super helpful at guiding me towards the right diamond and custom designed the ring so we could get exactly what my fiancee wanted. His service was great and he was quick and responsive through the whole process. Ultimately he helped me pick a phenomenal diamond at a great price and the ring is spectacular. Literally everyone who sees the ring is floored by how beautiful it is and my fiance loves it! The only problem is that other married women keep getting jealous. But that's a problem I'm willing to live with.

All I have to say about Brian and his team is WOW! My fiance & I came in last February and were curious how much it would cost to remove an inscription and add in a new one onto a family heirloom ring and then we were curious to inquire about rings comparable to something we had found at Costco. Brian graciously showed us around the store and said that he could make something similar to the Costco ring, but better, for the same price. We weren't ready to start on either ring, but once June came around we were so excited to come back and see Brian again. From the second we walked in for both of our rings, Brian always remembered us and made us feel as special as the first time we came in. He spent the time with us to really make sure we got what we both wanted, even designing my ring from scratch and letting us see it as it continued on throughout the production process. My fiance's ring was finished first and South Bay did a GREAT job modernizing it and upgrading it to what it is now. It's like a brand new ring, its perfect, the inscription was just the way I had imagined it and my fiance is thrilled with it. Yesterday, we got to pick up my ring. It is so beautiful and it is bigger than I could ever have imagined it to be with our budget and I was speechless when I saw it. I never ever imagined that something that perfect would ever belong to me- it is truly a treasure that I am going to cherish for the rest of my life. This place was recommended to me by my friend. I had broken prongs on my wedding ring that needed to be replaced as my diamond solitaire fell out. They gave me wonderful service. Had the ring fixed within 1 day and made it look much better than before by lowering the setting. They know what they're doing. Beautiful work. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had purchased two rings under the previous owner. One of the rings needed repair and the other was made of tungsten and we out grew the ring. South Bay Jewelry did not hesitate. They repaired my ring at no cost and replaced the tungsten ring with a new size and only changed for the shipping. The customer service was wonderful.

Absolutely appreciate this place! I was looking for a Jewelry place that could help me fix a sentimental necklace that I got in Italy since the chain had broken from my puppy accidentally. The folks over there were so sweet and took care of it with in a week and were able to keep the chain in tack and all the original pieces. so happy with the final results, and definitely will be back.

Every worker I talked to was extremely nice and very accommodating! I didn’t purchase any jewelry, but got my ring fixed from the jeweler and it looked beautiful upon return! They quoted me about a day to get it fixed, however the jeweler went home sick early and I had to wait an extra day, which is no inconvenience at all, and they still gave me a very nice discount. Brian and his team are truly amazing and will bend over backwards to meet his customers needs. I have been going to Brian since he first was a partner with the old owner. Brian always treated me and my wife with respect and made sure every detail and follow up was immaculate. His use of technology is second to none and for us this meant including both symbolism in the ring setting (an anchor) and infusion of even our birth stones on the inside of the ring. Since moving his shop across the parking lot and taking over as owner, his shop has gotten even better at customer care. One of my wife’s favorite rings started to bare some flaws and when I brought it to Brian at South Bay, he decided to redo the whole thing at virtually zero cost. It’s so refreshing to know that I have a truly professional jeweler who will quote me prices with maximum integrity and always keep my budget in mind. Love this place! Super nice and welcoming. They resized my friends ring from a size 9 to a 5 for cheap and it looks amazing! They also fixed my ring that had lost an opal. They found an opal for me and gave me a discounted rate on it. My ring looks beautiful and I’m very happy with their service! Definitely will go back (:
